• To match you with relevant job opportunities
• To send job alerts and newsletters you have subscribed to
• To generate anonymized compensation and hiring trend reports
• To improve platform functionality and user experience

3. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with: employers you apply to (application content), service providers under strict NDAs (hosting, analytics, email), and when legally required by law enforcement.

4. Wallet data & on-chain information

Your wallet address and on-chain activity are public by nature. BlockJob does not link wallet addresses to real-world identities unless you voluntarily provide identifying information. We use on-chain data solely to display your application history and project contribution signals.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how you use the platform. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or through our cookie consent banner.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Application history is retained for 2 years after your last activity. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend reporting.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), export your data, and opt out of marketing communications. Contact privacy@blockjob.io to exercise these rights.
