1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BlockJob, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users: job seekers, employers, and visitors.

2. Job seeker terms

BlockJob provides a job listing and application tracking service. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or any specific outcome. Job listings are submitted by employers — we do not verify the accuracy of listings beyond basic criteria. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before accepting any offer.

3. Employer terms

• You must be authorized to post job listings in your jurisdiction
• Listings must be accurate and must not contain misleading compensation data
• Token compensation must be disclosed with realistic token price assumptions
• You may not post fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings
• Paid placement listings are non-refundable after 24 hours

4. Company reviews

Reviews are the personal opinions of individual users and do not represent BlockJob's views. Reviews must be honest and based on personal experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines or applicable law.

5. Disclaimer on on-chain data

On-chain health scores, audit status, and token unlock data are provided for informational purposes only. BlockJob does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Always conduct your own research before making career decisions involving Web3 projects.

6. Intellectual property

The BlockJob name, logo, design, and original content are our property. User-generated content (resumes, reviews) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

BlockJob is not liable for: any actions or omissions of employers or job seekers, the accuracy of job listings, losses arising from reliance on platform data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlockJob is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
